A: Maximum 7 people with small backpacks. Please ask us if you bring big luggage(up to 4 people, you don't need to ask).
Q: What is the minimum number of people to make a reservation?
A: Minimum 2 people.
Q: What payment do you accept?
A: Cash or Credit card.
Q: How do you proceed the payment?
A: No advance payment is required. You can simply pay at the end of your tour.
Q: What equipments do we need to bring for your tours?
A: All the equipment are included in the price for tours.
Q: How do you choice the place for hiking?
A: On the day of the tour, we will tailor the activity level to your preferences and guide you to the best locations for your needs.
Q: Can you come to pick us up or drop off at Mishima station or Shinfuji Station?
A: Yes, for 1 day private tour, we are welcome to offer free pick up and drop off these two places.
Q: How do you arrange 1 day private tour?
A: We will customize your tour based on your request and interest. It could be some activity combination or sightseeing tour.
Q: Does Lunch included in your tours?
A: Please note that lunch is not included, but your guide will be happy to take you to one of our highly recommended local restaurants.
